BONG GO AIDS TYPHOON VICTIMS, RENEWS DISASTER RESILIENCE PUSH

Senator Bong Go called for stronger support in rebuilding disaster-stricken communities as he extended aid to typhoon victims in Dilasag, Aurora.

On May 30, Go’s team distributed housing materials and essential relief items to 132 affected residents. In a video message, he assured victims that they are not alone and encouraged unity and resilience in times of calamity.

Go also promoted the Ligtas Pinoy Centers Act, which mandates proper evacuation centers, and renewed his push for Senate Bill 188 to establish a Department of Disaster Resilience.

He emphasized that disaster response must be well-planned, saying, “Every life is important.”
