ALYANSA EYES BICOL VOTES AS MARCOS SENATE SLATE CAMPAIGNS IN CAMSUR

Despite Camarines Sur being a stronghold of opposition leader Leni Robredo, President Marcos’ senatorial slate, Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas, is making a push in the vote-rich province.

Campaign manager Rep. Toby Tiangco emphasized that Camarines Sur’s economic significance makes it a key battleground, with candidates focusing on infrastructure, agriculture, and rural development.

The team is highlighting major government projects, such as the Camarines Sur Expressway, while also engaging with farmers, fisherfolk, and local industries.

Meanwhile, Alyansa candidates are campaigning individually across the country, with Manny Pacquiao addressing rising fish prices in Bohol, Camille Villar meeting barangay leaders in Cebu, and Benhur Abalos pledging support for OFWs in Hong Kong.

The slate is set to hold a major rally in Pili, Camarines Sur, as it seeks to expand its reach in the region.
