NAVOTAS TO DEVELOP FACILITY FOR ABANDONED AND NEGLECTED KIDS

Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco announced plans to build a “Bahay Kalinga,” a shelter for abandoned and abused children, in Barangay North Bay Boulevard, South-Kaunlaran.

The three-story facility will offer medical care, psychological support, and educational opportunities to help these children thrive and reintegrate into society.

Tiangco emphasized that the shelter represents the city’s commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable children.

He also highlighted the importance of supporting their education and dreams.

The mayor expressed gratitude to Vice Mayor Tito Sanchez, city councilors, and other officials for their support of the project.
